Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeStack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Description of Service

TradeStack provides an API-based platform for processing trade documents, looking up trade compliance data, monitoring supplier risk, and calculating supply chain emissions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with usage-based pricing.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (c) interfere with the Service's operation; (d) reverse engineer any part of the Service; (e) resell access to the API without written permission.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing period. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TradeStack's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
